Never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Brad

This is a situation I am currently facing, and I don't wish it on anyone. I'm now 55 years old, due to a bad marriage and just plain bad luck. I don't smoke, drink or drug nor lazy so I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out what I did to get here? I've found myself on the verge. My dog and I are close and frankly he's the only family I have. I will not abandon him nor will I have him murdered! Things are going to be tough for us for a while, but we're gonna have to endure it. There are "no" agencies here in Jacksonville Fl that will help, so we're on our own. I am a veteran so I'm hopeful can get some help from VA. To all who have had to endure this, my heart & prayers goes out to you. As for me and my best friend...hopefully, this won't last too long.
