Find a Pet Food Donation Site

Our pet food donation site volunteers support our objective of collecting pet food and pet supplies. They are working with pet food providers who have agreed to distribute pet food in those communities.

Make a Donation

Your donation can make the lives of these pets a little easier. Each day is a struggle for those experiencing homelessness, and their pets have little recourse. We are their voice, and you can be their hero.

Become a Sponsor

If providing support for pets of the homeless and ensuring access to emergency veterinary care is important to your company or organization, please consider sponsoring Feeding Pets of the Homeless. As a dedicated nonprofit organization, we rely on grants, sponsors, and donations to help pets in need across the nation.  Importantly, we do not receive any government funding, so your support is crucial.

Evidence shows that animal companionship is fortifying and contributes to the emotional well-being of people experiencing homelessness, including encouraging owners to obtain sobriety, leave abusive relationships, and avoid incarceration.

Hi, I’m Mister Guzman. I’m a 2-year-old Pug living in a shelter with my mom. She takes such good care of me, and we’re best friends. I go everywhere with her.A few days ago, my mom noticed I was limping on my front leg. It then swelled up, and I didn’t want to move at all. She was worried I might have broken a bone and didn’t know where to turn for help. That’s when she found and reached out to Feeding Pets of the Homeless. After a quick intake, I was taken to a vet for X-rays. It turned out I had a fracture, and the vet acted quickly. I got a splint, medication, and now I’m on the road to healing. My mom says I’ll be back to playing and snuggling in no time.Feeding Pets of the Homeless contributed $1,041 toward my care.A message from my mom:“I wanted to say thank you for helping us. I appreciate you with all my heart. He is hurt, but the process of healing now starts. Once again, thank you so much.”Your support made this possible. Because of you, pets like me can receive the care we need and stay with the people who love us most. Please consider donating today! ... See MoreSee Less
